• Receive 10% of the lease agreement value up to 12 months for each referral.
• No referral fee for multiple year lease beyond the first 12 months.  No referral fee paid for any lease renewal or office expansion.
• We shall accept the first official referral received in-the-event that two or more entities refer a prospect, unless instructed otherwise by the client.
• Referral fees paid within 7 working days of the registration in our bank account of the initial deposit from the referred entity following the signing of the lease agreement.
